FACILITY/BUILDING RENTAL PRICES

Full facility weekend rental: $3,500.00 + (refundable) security deposit for weekend rental (Friday @ 1:00 PM – Sunday @ 10:00 AM). Renting the full facility will ensure that you are the only group on the property for your special event. Earlier check in and later check out is an option pending schedule availability. Full facility rental includes the pavilion, bunkhouse, conference center and all 4 cabins. Call for details and availability.

Cabins: (4 cabins total): $100.00 per cabin per night plus tax, + $50.00 (refundable) security deposit. Each cabin has a bathroom with shower, kitchenette area, pull-out bed and loft area for sleeping. Must provide your own linens. Seasonal discounts provided in off-season months. Two cabins are pet-friendly, with additional fees and proof of rabies vaccination. Call for details and availability.

Pavilion: $350.00 daily rental fee (approximate 23 hour rental) + $150.00 (refundable) security deposit. Pavilion area has two double-toilet bathrooms, a full kitchen with plenty of refrigerator and freezer space, a double-sided fireplace and seating for 200+ attendees. Discounts available for Sunday and weekday rentals. Call for details and availability.

Conference Center: $250.00 daily rental fee (approximate 23 hour rental) + $100.00 (refundable) security deposit. Conference Center has a full kitchen, two bathrooms and one shower. The building is open and can accommodate events upwards of 120 attendees. Tables and chairs provided at no additional fee. Call for details and availability.

Bunkhouse: $250.00 daily rental fee (approximate 23 hour rental) + $100.00 (refundable) security deposit. The Bunkhouse has 18 bunk beds, 10 individual showers and multiple bathrooms. The building is set up to accommodate separate ages or genders as necessary. Must provide your own linens. We provide toilet paper and paper towels. Call for details and availability.

** In each building, Flying Dove Ranch provides the toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels at no additional fee.

** Fold-out tables and chairs are available for use at no additional charge.

** Use of the water equipment (paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and safety equipment) available at no additional charge. Lifeguard coverage must be provided by renter.

Additional Rental or Activity Opportunities:

* Private zip line event: $200.00 per hour, must be rented by the full hour. Call for details and availability.
